A Look Back at Our Progress

2015

We launched our company by introducing the first series of DT machines.

2016

We had a very successful first fiscal year, with total sales of 429 MT.
DSC Engg placed a 100,000-square-metre order for the NHAI road project in Raipur. We do it all: layout, sourcing, and actualization.
L&T Construction has placed a landmark order of 40,000 cum for the Statue of Unity at the Sardar Sarovar Dam, a landmark construction project. It's in our purview to plan, procure, and carry out.

2017

Huge, once-in-a-lifetime request for gabions with a 3-millimetre-wire-diameter supply for use in the Bihar Irrigation Project.
Increased capability. In the process of getting our second DT machine set up.
Group sales were 1142 MT in our first full fiscal year, an increase of almost 166% from the prior year.
Seventy thousand square feet of single-major-order 3-millimetre-diameter-wire in the Singrauli coal mining region. Extremely well-planned arrangement.

2018

Group sales for the 201718 fiscal year concluded at 3,571 MT, an increase of almost 212% from the last year.

Our Infrastructure

We have been able to offer a wide choice of high-quality items primarily due to the backing of our cutting-edge infrastructure unit. This infrastructure is divided into subunits: purchasing, production, quality control, warehousing and packaging, research and development, and sales and marketing. Specifics of the Facility and Production Capacity

In November 2015, we launched our first cutting-edge factory, equipped with 1 DT Line for mass-producing our full line of Steel Wire Mesh Gabions. Since February 2017, when an additional DT Line was installed, manufacturing capacity has increased.

Total Capacity

Our current Gabion Supply capacity is 9600 MT annually with 2 DT Lines.
Our annual PVC Compound supply capacity is 1500 MT with 2 PVC Extruders.

Quality Assurance

The following is a list of all the necessary tests that need to be done.

Raw material testing

Elongation and Tensile Strength of wire
Testing of Zinc Coating on wire
Testing of Zinc coating adhesion on the wire
The thickness of the PVC coating
Tensile Strength of wire Mesh Panel (Perpendicular and Parallel Twist Direction)
Physical Test on finished Product
Mesh Opening Size D, Horizontal Opening Dimensions of Netting Rolls or Box.

All applicable American, British, and Indian Standards (ASTM, BS, and IS) have been met or exceeded by our products. The following machines are used for testing, all of which have been calibrated.

Screw Gauge
Vernier Calipers are used to determine the wire diameter.
Zinc Coating equipment set for the checking Zinc coating.
Mandrel Machine for checking Zinc adhesion.
Universal Tensile Testing machine for the wire tensile strength & wire mesh panel power testing.
